Last summer, Airstream announced their new AT&T based unlimited data plan for $360/year available to Airstream owners who have a dealer installed connectivity kit.
In the past week, Airstream owners have been receiving e-mails that kit is now available for installation at Airstream dealers, and our team got a sneak peak of the equipment at the Tampa RV Show earlier this year.
The costs are $999 plus installation (3-6 hours?), and the kit includes the Pepwave MAX-BR1 Mini and Poynting MIMO-3-V2 antenna.
The folks at LivinLite.net have sent us the equipment to evaluate (minus an Airstream), and we share more about the details in this video:
