Cradlepoint offers cellular gateways and "wideband adapters" that are intended to provide a cellular internet connection to a router.
Higher-end enterprise mobile gear Cradlepoint (and competitor Peplink) have long appealed to RVers and boaters with the most demanding mobile internet needs, particularly for those with an IT background who are not intimidated by managing a more complex device.
However, in recent years, Cradlepoint moved away from the consumer market and is exclusively focused on enterprise customers.
ALERT - NetCloud Subscription Required:
In 2019 Cradlepoint announced a new policy that tightly integrated its hardware with its NetCloud subscription service. A NetCloud subscription is now required to manage even basic router features and is not realistically optional. Everyone considering purchasing a Cradlepoint router should keep this requirement in mind.
Product Variations
Cradlepoint offers a few cellular gateways and adapters - here are the ones of most interest to nomads, RVers, and boaters:

CBA 850
The Cradlepoint ARC CBA850 is a cellular Gateway modem that can provide a cellular internet connection to any traditional router - just like one would use a cable or DSL modem.
One advantage of the CBA850 is that it uses a proprietary MC400 module modem slot, allowing end-users the ability to easily upgrade the device. Although Cradlepoint has 5G modem modules for the MC400, the best module that can be used with the CBA850 is the LTE Cat-18 module.

Routers can serve as a central conductor of your local area network in your RV and boat. Mobile routers are different from residential routers in that they typically support multiple internet sources like cellular and Wi-Fi, can be powered off of 12v or AC and support external antenna for better receiving signal.
But you might not need a router in your setup. Here's a quick video overview the variety that routers come in:
