T-Mobile has a new Home Internet plan - Home Internet Backup.
It is designed for people to use as a backup in case their primary traditional home internet connection (such as cable or fiber) goes down. It comes with 130GB of data for $30/month (with autopay discount), or $20/month if bundled with phone line.
This plan is similar to the Business Backup Plan that T-Mobile introduced in March.
Like other T-Mobile Home Internet plans, you must use this service with the gateway that T-Mobile provides.
T-Mobile Home Internet Backup is not available everywhere, and is intended only for stationary use.
