Reuters is reporting that after T-Mobile and Sprint filed significant additional information on their network integration plans for 2019-2021, the FCC put a stay on the 180 day review clock for their pending merger.
The FCC typically allows for additional public input after “substantial new submissions” by merger applicants. As such, the FCC said it expects to resume the “shot clock,” at the current Day 122 on April 4.
Sprint is currently hoping to have the regulatory approval process of this merger completed by the end of June 2019.
