SureCall has released a new mobile cellular booster called the Fusion2Go XR. SureCall has been making cellular boosters for over two decades and has built up a solid reputation for providing boosting gear for various uses, including mobile boosters.
The new XR is currently only available with a vehicle antenna kit that includes a magnetic mount and interior antennas, although we expect other kits to come out soon, including for RVs.
The vehicle kit retails for $549.99.
On paper, the Fusion2Go XR booster has the same specifications as the Fusion2Go 3.0, which came out in 2018, and even the housing is the same. However, the electronics for the XR are new and separately certified by the FCC. But it's not clear what differences this new booster offers.
We have an inquiry with SureCall about what is new with the XR compared to the 3.0, but we have not received a response at press time. We'll update this article if and when we do.
Key Mobile Internet Related Considerations:

- Cellular boosters in 2024 are niche signal-enhancing options for most nomads using cellular data as a mobile home-internet replacement.
