July 23 Update: Verizon has extended this offer, with no announced expiration data.
In our normal scan of the carriers, we noticed that Verizon has posted your last chance to snag their promotion on 10GB of data on their More Everything shared plans.
In April they started the promotion, dropping the price of 10GB from $100/month to $80/month - which will end on July 23. They also introduced a new 15GB plan for $100/month.
There's no information to be found on what the new pricing will be after July 23, or what will happen to the 15GB for $100/month option.
It's Verizon's policy that once you have a promotional data plan, you can keep it for as long as you like. However if you ever change your data bucket level in the future (such as needing a little extra data in a month and switching to a 20GB plan), you will lose access to any promotional pricing you had. You can only switch to current prices.
If you're a Verizon customer on a 'More Everything' plan with 10GB of shared data (or desire that level), it might be a good idea to log into your Verizon Wireless account online and confirm you've snagged the deal before it expires.
